Too Pressed Nails does not accept refunds or exchanges on any custom nail order. We are not liable for any inaccurate sizes or directions provided. All nail orders are discussed at length and approved by customer prior to shipping. Please ensure from completion photo that you are happy with the nail set before it is shipped. Also please ensure that the comment box is utilized when ordering to describe nail set. Refunds are not accepted due to the nature of the products and hygienic reasons. Too Pressed Nails is not responsible for any lost/ missing packages due to incorrect shipping address and/or information provided. Please double check address prior to confirming order; if you confirm order and realize wrong shipping information was put in please contact us right away via email. Emails are checked prior to fulfilling any order. After order has been fulfilled it is unable to be edited.
